Marc and Susan | Union Station | Blanc | Denver Colorado

A little thing called style!!  When you dreamt of your wedding day what did you imagine?  Did you imagine something sweet and simple or something big and extravagant?  Whatever it was I’m sure in your head it was perfect, from the detailed lace on your veil,  the organic centerpieces that graced the farm house tables, to your grooms adoring smile.  What ever it looked like, it was YOURS!!  Something that only you could imagine.  Something that represented you and your style. One thing I love about weddings is that everyone is different, they all have the same purpose but they are ALL very different.

When I met with Susan and Marc they were this very sweet, down to earth couple.  Addie, Marc’s daughter was with them and she had curls in her hair and balloons in hand.  We did their engagement session up in Evergreen, it was freezing but I got to know not only Marc and Susan but Addie too.  I walked away from that session feeling blessed and excited for the opportunity to capture such a beautiful family, on such an important day!

The day was perfection!!  Susan and Marc and their very supportive bridal party got ready at the stunning Union Station in Denver!  It was the perfect place to start their story!

The flowers were done by Newberry Brothers out of Denver and were the perfect balance of soft and warm!!  I’m in LOVE with that wine color these days!

Susan wore a Haley Paige Gown that was something out of a fairytale book.  From the sheer backdrop to the delicate sequins, it was as if was made just for her!

The rooms at the Crawford Hotel in Denver where the perfect backdrop to this grooms getting ready shots.

Marc and Susan opted for a “first look”.  A first look is a great idea!  Your wedding day is full of high emotions, seeing each other before the isle is that deep breath that you both need to get down the isle without losing it.  I try to make this as intimate as possible so that the bride and groom feel comfortable enough to be real with each other without worrying about other people watching.  This was a beautiful moment for them!

Sometimes large bridal parties can get difficult but these ladies were one in a million!!

Off to get hitched!

Marc and Susan chose the Blanc for their ceremony and reception and I think it was the perfect chose.  The Blanc is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city.   Denver has some beautiful venues but this is one of my favorites for sure!

I couldn’t help myself, this mother of the bride was so sweet and she looked amazing.

This sweet moment was surprise for Marc and Addie!  Susan read a beautiful letter to Addie to assure her of their family and how much she is loved!  It had everyone in tears!!

I DO….. I DO….. I DO
