As most of you know, Coryn Nelson Photography is based out of Colorado. But I always love the opportunity to travel to shoot a wedding, whether that is for a couple that lives elsewhere or a destination wedding. Well, Emily+Andrew’s wedding was truly a dream, giving me the chance to be a Big Sur wedding photographer for a change! A California wedding was just what this photographer needed!
Can I Just Take Portraits on the Beach All Day?
I have plenty of chances to play with wedding portraits in the Rocky Mountains, so getting some beach time with the bride and groom is definitely a treat! I mean, can we just talk about the sunset, the ocean, the wedding dress, and this captivating bride and groom?
A Big Sur Wedding Photographer’s Dream Venue
Wind & Sea is the stunning venue where Emily + Andrew tied the knot. This venue is so beautiful, and they go above and beyond to make sure the wedding is picture-perfect. Truly, the whole experience was enchanting! And another great part of the wedding was that I got to team up with my friend, Adam Bradley of Aflātis, to be Emily + Andrew’s photographer and videography team.
