Coryn Nelson Photography is a Denver wedding photographer, but I’m not just a wedding photographer. I love families, newborns, business photography, and beyond! But weddings, of course, have a dear place in my heart. And whenever I shoot one, it’s a great honor and so much fun.

Getting Ready Photo Fun

Lea and Andrew’s wedding at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church (ceremony) and Denver Athletic Club (reception) was no exception! Getting ready, the bride and groom were both radiant and so excited. Seeing them with those closest to them was so special.

Stunning Church Ceremony

As a Denver wedding photographer, I get to shoot plenty of gorgeous outdoor weddings. But, Lea and Andrew’s church wedding was breathtaking in a different way. St. Paul’s Lutheran Church allowed for some incredible shots of the bride and groom in this majestic setting.

Reception at the Denver Athletic Club

Everyone had a great time at the reception. We had to include some pictures from the classic “Shoe” game, where the bride and groom have to respond to questions about who is more likely to do what by holding up the shoe belonging to that person. Clearly, Andrew is guilty of something!

We also snapped some precious images of the mother/son dance, cake cutting, and the bridal party doing their thing! The rooftop at the Denver Athletic Club is an epic location for a party, to be sure!
